I specialise in assessments for children and adults with my services focused on people with Specific Learning differences (Dyslexia). The assessment for dyslexia involves a series of tests that evaluate the cognitive processing skills which can be affected by dyslexia. These will have impact on learning and progression in education. The assessment is written up as a report and highlights areas that can receive remedial support through structured cumulative multi-sensory methods. For G.C.S.E and A level students, extra time is available in exams and for coursework providing that person has been professionally assessed. Likewise University students can also receive concessions in exams and for assignments as well as their Disabled Student's Allowance, (DSA) through application.
